Allain Memorial Library – Franklin, the Amelia Branch Library – Amelia, the Bayou Vista Branch Library – Bayou Vista, the West End Branch Library – Baldwin, the Berwick Branch Library – Berwick, the Patterson Branch Library - Patterson, the New Orleans Public Library – New Orleans, the UNO Earl K Long Library – New Orleans, the State Library of Louisiana – Baton Rouge, the ULL Edith Garland Dupre Library – Lafayette, the DOTD Environmental Section office located 1201 Capitol Access Road, Room 201E, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and the Federal Highway Administration office located at 5304 Flanders Dr, Suite A, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as well as on this site

A Public Hearing on the DEIS will be held on May 2, 2006, at the Patterson Civic Center in Kemper Williams Park, Patterson LA
